Utado is a worldwide leading design, production and marketing company in the baby products sector. ABC Design and Moji are two famous German brands for baby strollers and high chairs respectively. As the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair is the most important trade fair of its kind in Asia, we participate in this fair regularly to expand our presence in the Asian market. At this year’s fair, ABC Design proudly presents slim and compact baby strollers especially for the Asian market while Moji showcases a new wooden high chair which is designed for newborn babies to adults weighing up to 90kg by using interchangeable parts. We have got in touch with new buyers from different places such as Africa, Australia, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. So far, we have found 10 potential distributors who are very interested in our products.

In 2015, we launched our ‘Ggomoosin’ brand for baby sneakers and slip-on sock shoes. Launched in 2017, our Komuello brand features our patented double injection technology that suppresses the growth of bacteria caused by the sweat on the baby’s feet through the ventilation holes in the bottom soles. By participating in this year’s Hong Kong Baby Products Fair, we are keen to find potential buyers and know more about buyers’ preferences. We discover that parents prefer premium baby products due to low birth rate and our products can meet their needs. We have met with new buyers from Australia, Germany, India, Italy and Slovakia, and found three potential distributors. We expect the fair can generate US$80,000 in sales turnover to our company. The fair’s results are better than our expectations. We are pleased to be here because the fair provides a good opportunity for us to connect with buyers from all over the world.

To meet the demand for eco-friendly baby products, we are pleased to announce the launch of biodegradable baby products at this year’s Hong Kong Baby Products Fair. Our biodegradable baby products made from ABS, PP, TPE or nylon are BPA free and comply with ASTM D5511 standards. As there is no similar green baby product in the fair, our new collection has attracted a lot of attention. Buyer traffic is better than our expectations. We have received positive feedback from Southeast Asian buyers who have made serious enquiries about our biodegradable baby products. As we foresee eco-friendliness will be the next big trend, we’ll continue to develop more biodegradable baby products.

Launched in 2010, ALZiPMAT is now a famous Korean brand for play mats, holding 35-40% of the market share in Korea. Our products are 100% made in Korea and exported to 18 countries and regions. We started to participate in the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair since 2014. As one of the biggest baby products fairs in the world, the Hong Kong fair provides a good opportunity for us to promote our brand and products and find new distributors. Buyers from all over the world come here to kick-start their business after COVID-19. We have met with a lot of new buyers from Africa, Asia, Europe and the US who are very interested in our play mats. We expect 10-20 new buyers from Asia, Europe and the US will place initial orders for our play mats after the fair and total amount will be around US$350,000-400,000. We are happy with the fair’s results so far.

With factories in Singapore and Vietnam, Kleen-Pak produces baby, household, personal and medical wipes. We have been working with major retailers all over the world on an OEM basis. We are participating in the prestigious Hong Kong Baby Products Fair for the first time to promote our new brand – Champs. As a sustainable brand, Champs features 0% plastic, 100% PE packaging, 100% biodegradable and compostable. Our products appeal to buyers who want to carry biodegradable products that combine high quality with eco-friendliness. We need to be here because it is our first step to the global stage. Feedback from buyers has been positive. We have found more than 20 potential distributors from different countries and regions such as Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, South America and Taiwan. Known for its internationality, the fair really provides a good networking opportunity for us to find partnerships.

Founded in 1969, Cam Il Mondo Del Bambino produces a comprehensive range of baby products covering changing stations, high chairs, strollers, car seats and diapers, etc. We have participated in the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair and then the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair for a total of 50 years. The Hong Kong Baby Products Fair together with the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair and the Hong Kong International Stationery and School Supplies Fair are being held concurrently to create more cross-over business opportunities. This year we have connected with buyers from every corner of the world who are happy to feel and touch our products at this physical fair. Buyers like our products because 95% of our products are designed and made in Italy. We have made more than 40 new contacts from Asia, Europe and the Middle East who are mainly distributors and online retailers. We have identified seven to eight potential distributors from the Philippines, Russia, Thailand and Turkey.

We are pleased to bring two new brands namely bébé marc and marc kids to this year’s Hong Kong Baby Products Fair. The fair provides a good opportunity for buyers to feel our brand concepts and have face-to-face meetings with us. Targeting breastfeeding mothers, bébé marc offers a diverse range of solutions that can prolong their breastfeeding journey. Marc kids is a brand for outdoor products targeting kids aged from 3-6 years old and hopes to encourage them to explore the world. We have received favourable responses at the fair because the innovative design elements embodied in these two brands are unavailable in the market. Launched in 2014, Marcus & Marcus presents RPET tableware at the fair which has drawn a lot of interest from buyers looking for eco-friendly products. We have found potential buyers and distributors from the Czech Republic, India, Korea, Thailand and the UK who are interested in our brands.

We started out as a toy manufacturer in 1981. In view of the market situation, we shifted to develop baby products 30 years ago. Our major products include baby strollers, baby walkers, high chairs and tricycles which are exported mainly to Europe and Southeast Asia. We are a long-term supporter of the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair. It is a world-renowned fair that provides an ideal platform for us to connect with buyers from all over the world. This year we have met with more buyers from Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Buyers’ feedback has been positive. They are very interested in our multifunctional products. Separately, we have got in touch with three buyers from Eastern Europe at the business matching meetings arranged through the Click2Match platform. Hamilton is a Dutch brand for baby strollers and car seats which are distributed in Europe, Indonesia, Korea, Mainland China, Singapore and Taiwan. This is our second time participating in the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair to promote our brand, showcase the latest models and look for new distributors. The Hong Kong Fair is the most popular baby products fair in Asia that attracts global buyers. We have established connections with new buyers from India, Indonesia, Mainland China and Thailand. We’ll keep in touch with them to develop new business.

In business for 30 years, Matti is among the top three wholesalers and distributors of baby products in Hungary and has four online stores and three physical stores. This is my second time visiting the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair. I am particularly looking for baby strollers, car seats, baby cots and hygienic products. Through the HKTDC’s Click2Match service, I have identified four potential business partners from Germany, Hong Kong and Mainland China for the supply of cots, wagons, swaddles, bags, blankets and car seats. Scan2Match provides a useful tool for me to bookmark my favourite exhibitors. I love this fair because it is a great place for me to see a wide range of baby products and what’s new in the market.

We are a distributor of baby products in Singapore and also run an online store. About 80% of our products are marketed under our Beblum brand while the rest come from European brands. This is my fourth time visiting the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair. I am looking for baby cots, car seats, baby strollers and high chairs. After attending six Click2Match meetings, I have found four potential suppliers of various products such as lighter strollers with modern design for easy travel, small European-style baby cots using high-quality wood, plastic furniture for transformation into toys, and baby playpens. I plan to buy US$150,000 worth of baby products through the fair. Scan2Match is a useful feature, allowing me to schedule meetings with exhibitors and keep in touch with them.

In business for more than 40 years, Puket has 200 baby product stores in Brazil and other South American countries including Angola, Bolivia and Paraguay and also operates an online store. To expand our product range, I have come here to look for blankets, maternity bags, feeding accessories, baby clothes and gender reveal parry gifts. So far, I have found 16 potential OEM suppliers of water bottles, baby walkers, soft toys for newborns, baby blankets, sleeping bags and feeding products. I’ll present all these product ideas to our product development team in our Shenzhen branch office. I plan to place trial orders for US$3,000-5,000 worth of feeding bottles and US$1,000 worth of soft toys. The Hong Kong Baby Products Fair brings together international suppliers, offering a diverse variety of baby products to meet buyers’ needs. This is my first-time visit to the fair and I’ll come again.

As we only produce basic models, we visit the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair regularly to look for new suppliers who can produce medium- to high-end models for us. I came here last year and I am so happy to see more suppliers participating in this year’s fair.
